Hence in your opinion the case is dead and your leader Janab P.K. Kunjalikutty is clean. To your mind he had not committed any crime on this issue.
May I bring a case which was thrown out by many courts, including the highest court of the country, if I am correct in my memory? Incidentally the case was a murder case committed by Police officials in Kerala while you Father Late Sri C.H mohammed Koya ws the home minister of the state.
